Q: What does a tax attorney do, exactly?
A: Most people think I just put numbers on forms. One of things I do is figure out where people are spending money and help them find deductions. I also help businesses restructure finances to help alleviate there tax burden.
I also work with people and the IRS to help get people caught up on back taxes.
Q: Who is your ideal client and why?
A: Small business owners that have revenue between 100k-500k because with those clients I get to help them build deductions and help guide them on where to put that additional income.

There isn’t a work day that goes by I don’t talk to the IRS on the phone. I consider myself an expert on IRS procedures. Numerous tax resolution companies call me frequently for advice on what to do in certain situations.
Q: What do you love about your industry?
A: I love helping people take away there problems with taxes. A lot of people come in and are stressed and after a consultation they leave more relaxed and have a better plan ahead of them. I like to help with that process.

Q: If you could give someone relatively new to your industry/niche any advice or tips, what would that be?
A: Get to know your client, and help find ways to add more deductions. This is done by asking a lot of questions that people normally don’t think about, that is your job to ask them those relevant questions to help get them the best return they can get.
